After writing about customers, supervisors and so forth, I extend this blog by adding cases that I have experienced. To be honest it is psychological abuse that I am confronted with every single day. Even while writing this blog, I am still finding ways to fight the system or the people who love making my life as hard as possible. But in my heart I believe there is a special place in hell for those kind, so that soothes my soul a bit.
The only advice I can give you at this point, no matter how small the case, write down the date, time, witnesses and note the s(h)ituation as detailed as possible. Talk to your work union, manager or EEO officer. File a complaint if need and DO NOT be afraid of what might lie ahead of you!
